Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer – Second Sight Solutions We’re seeking a motivated Senior Product Designer to play a key role on our Product Design team. You’ll lead the design of new and evolving platforms, shaping end‑to‑end experiences that support complex, data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll collaborate closely with a highly skilled, technically innovative team to design and enhance applications that deliver meaningful value to our clients. Responsibilities Translate concepts, ideas, and visions into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups, and detailed UI design specifications. Engage in continuous learning and practice to evolve design and integrate it into an agile and efficient process. Lead, coach, and engage the design team to ensure goals are met and high quality standards are maintained. Represent the voice of the customer, advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints. Present work and insights to cross‑functional teams, guide decisions, influence direction, and elevate design standards. Qualifications BA/BS degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer. Compelling portfolio demonstrating clean designs and a strong process. Experience in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi‑disciplinary teams. Ability to support and teach fellow designers through pairing, critiques, and modeling best practices. Proficient with Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, etc. Strong problem‑solving, analysis, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous conditions and collaborate remotely. Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000 Second Sight Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
