Shape the product experience for APPIT Software enterprise solutions in New York, owning the full design lifecycle from strategic discovery through detailed interaction design and visual polish. Responsibilities Own end-to-end product design for major product features from concept through launch and iteration Define product design strategy by combining user insights, business goals, and technical constraints Create detailed user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional squad model Analyze product metrics and user behavior data to identify design improvement opportunities Champion design thinking and user-centered practices across the broader product organization Requirements 5-8 years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work Strong skills in both UX strategy and visual/interaction design Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system contribution Experience with data-informed design, A/B testing, and analytics-driven iteration Track record of shipping successful products in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments Excellent storytelling and communication skills for design presentations and stakeholder alignment Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML product design and conversational UI Background in design sprints and workshop facilitation Experience with design leadership or mentoring About APPIT Software Solutions APPIT Software Solutions is a leading technology company building AI-powered enterprise products.
