Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to client needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions.

• Utilize a variety of clinical techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and promote holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records per legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying informed on mental health research advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. The LCPC will be instrumental in addressing these issues by fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to discuss their concerns and work towards therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, and substance use treatment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to new hires.
