Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services to clients, tailored to meet their individual needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and appropriate state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, primarily within a hospice care setting. Your clients may include individuals experiencing significant end-of-life transitions, families managing grief, and those coping with complex emotional and psychological challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
