*Litigation Attorney – Pittsburgh, PA *

As Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC celebrates 80 years of service in 2026, we are seeking to grow our litigation team. We are looking for an attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience including auto, premises liability, construction, product liability and/or insurance coverage. Insurance defense experience is a plus.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

· JD from an accredited Law School

· Admitted to practice in PA; admission to OH and/or WV bars a plus

· At least 3 years of experience, handling cases from inception to jury verdict, in civil litigation and insurance defense preferred.
