Craving Tacos LLC is looking for a Business Manager to connect with the Business Owner providing excellence to the company's growth and expansion. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
• Previous experience as a Business manager at a leading company in the industry.
• Knowledge of various business functions, such as sales, finance, HR, and Marketing.
• An Entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are independent and professional with a strong sense of self-motivation
• First-class attention to detail and superior prioritization skills with an unmatched work ethic
• Considerable knowledge of business seminars, advertising, event planning, customer service, etc.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detailed understanding of the industry including compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines to perform job functions, along with experience and judgment to accomplish tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the Company in public forums, industry events, and media interactions.
• Manage Confidential Information with the upmost discretion and professionalism exercising tack and judgment in handling sensitive matters.
• Day to day management of operations per owners request.
• Manage personal tasks upon request as needed and provide guidance as needed.
• Understanding our brand, our goals, and our clients.
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with selective companies.
• Develop staff goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
• Collaborate with Owner.
• Comply with all company procedures and policies to sustain a reliable and trustworthy relationship with clients and staff.
• Stay up to date on all brand representation.
