You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping identify qualified opportunities and setting appointments for our Account Executives. We provide the training, technology, and support you need to succeed.

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Research target companies and key decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable speaking with potential customers by phone and video.
• Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
