Description – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses—rich in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols.
• Review results for reliability, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous records of all procedures, mentor newcomers or students, and uphold lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe work environment while adhering to compliance and accreditation regulations.

Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of hire. Maintain current certification during your tenure.

Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective collaboration within healthcare teams. Able to exercise independent judgment and solve problems in fast-paced or high-pressure scenarios. Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation.
