Medical Receptionist

Our clinic in Shepparton is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a full‑time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 7.6‑hour shifts. What will you be doing? Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided. Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks. Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations. Our Ideal Candidate Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential). Customer service/administration experience. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
