Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required.
