Estamos buscando Asesores de Ventas proactivos, orientados a resultados y con una fuerte ética de trabajo para unirse a nuestro equipo de manera inmediata.
Responsabilidades:
- Brindar asesoría personalizada a clientes potenciales, identificando sus necesidades y presentando las mejores soluciones.
- Realizar presentaciones comerciales y demostraciones de productos de manera profesional.
- Dar seguimiento continuo a las oportunidades de negocio para el cierre de ventas efectivo.
- Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas mensuales establecidos por la dirección.
- Mantener una actitud orientada al servicio al cliente y representar los valores de la marca con integridad.
Requisitos:
- Ubicación: Residir en el área de Las Vegas, NV (Requisito obligatorio).
- Experiencia: Experiencia previa en ventas, atención al cliente o promoción (deseable, pero ofrecemos entrenamiento completo).
- Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y persuasión.
- Mentalidad: Enfoque en el cumplimiento de metas, actitud emprendedora y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
- Idioma: Dominio del español fluido (bilingüe Español/Inglés es un plus comprobable).
