Operations Administrator

Description Working on incidents & tasks that are specific to IT operations. We also handle changes on a nightly basis. Hybrid position candidate needs to be local to Minneapolis area. Combination of remote work and onsite work at the Lexington data center. Work schedule will be overnight at 8pm - 6am 4 days a week. Work shift is a 10-hour shift. (Sun - Wed, 8pm - 6am) Overtime shifts as well no on-call support except if there is an additional shift that needs coverage which would be overtime. No specific onsite days since the hybrid schedule rotates. It will be one week in the office, and one week remote typically.
