Test Automation Lead
Test Automation Lead Responsibilities:
- Exposure to Automation Testing and Framework Designing experience.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automation framework that will increase quality of product.
- Ability to take on individual initiative and responsibility for assignments.
- Participate in automation framework design and code review processes and establish Quality code deliveries.
- Collaboratively work with QA automation and development team(s), in an agile environment, to drive all defects and design changes from discovery or inception to resolution.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for automation test library in one or more areas of our applications, typically of low to moderate complexity
Requirements:
- Up to three years experience automating business applications in a professional environment
- Experience with automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with API and Service testing.
- Experience in software development preferably using Core Java (object oriented language).
- Experience with Junit, TestNG, Geb Spock, and/or Mocha.
- Experience with JavaScript, Linux/Unix, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with load and performance testing using tools like JMeter and Load Runner.
- Experience working with web technologies, including HTML/CSS and Apache Wicket.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and web based software applications.
- Experience with testing tools such as Test Complete, JIRA, and Service Now.
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Bamboo and Jenkins.
- Experience with source controls tools such as GIT, Perforce, or SVN.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UNIX and SQL as it relates to test execution and defect resolution.

- Individual contributor and Automation framework designing expert
- Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long term strategy of the business
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and attention to detail / detail oriented
