Executive Director, Private Service

UHNW Executive Search is conducting a confidential search for a senior professional to oversee the personal and residential interests of a prominent private family. This newly created position will have broad responsibility for ensuring that a complex private environment operates at an exceptional level. The Managing Director will coordinate people, resources, schedules, residences, travel, hospitality, and special initiatives while establishing the management practices necessary to support continued growth. The position calls for an accomplished generalist rather than a narrow functional specialist. One day may involve leadership and staffing decisions, another a residence or travel priority, and another an unexpected personal request requiring immediate judgment and execution. Success requires someone who can continually assess what matters most, delegate effectively, and ensure details are carried through without unnecessary family involvement. A significant priority will be developing a strong service organization. The Managing Director will evaluate resources, strengthen staffing where appropriate, establish effective communication and operating practices, and create an environment in which talented professionals understand expectations and perform at a consistently high level. Candidates should have substantial experience leading complex operations in private service, family office, luxury hospitality, executive support, or another highly personalized environment. Experience managing multiple locations, teams, vendors, projects, and demanding schedules is particularly relevant.
