Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, creating a therapeutic alliance that fosters open communication and growth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to recognize and diagnose mental health issues, developing personalized treatment strategies based on individual client needs.

• Facilitate both individual and couple therapy sessions, applying evidence-based interventions to address various relationship dynamics and personal challenges.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, making referrals when appropriate to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing personal challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking improved communication and harmony. Your expertise as an LMFT will directly impact clients dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, and everyday life stressors. By addressing both individual and systemic issues, you will help clients build healthier relationships and promote emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Arizona.

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to foster client resilience and encourage personal growth.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatments, especially regarding addiction therapy and co-occurring disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
