Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. This physical, fast‑paced position is both indoor and outdoor. Requisition Number: 228709 Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe practices. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Required Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification (for vehicles over 10,000 lb). Documentation of prior employment. Preferred Physical ability to meet job requirements. High school diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork focus.
