Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including detailed review of patient history, physical assessments, and documentation of findings to develop an individualized treatment plan.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives to patients and their families, and actively involve them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, demonstrating the adaptability to modify approaches as the patient's health status evolves.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care; document any changes in patient condition that necessitate adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy; additional certifications based on location requirements may be necessary.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
