Pediatric Neurologist (Salt Lake City)

Overview

The Division of Pediatric Neurology at the University of Utah School of Medicine has an opening for a Pediatric Neurologist. The role will be a key member of the clinical team, providing subspecialty patient care in inpatient and outpatient pediatric neurology settings with 80% of the effort assigned to clinical functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide subspecialty patient care in inpatient and outpatient pediatric neurology settings.
• Perform 80% of effort in clinical functions across multiple facilities, including Primary Children’s Hospital, the Clinical Neurosciences Center, Riverton Hospital, Lehi Hospital, and other practice facilities and outreach clinics.
• Engage in academic activities such as scholarly work, teaching, investigation/research, administration, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology with specialization in Child Neurology.
• Faculty appointment on the Clinical or Tenure track at the Department of Pediatrics, with academic rank commensurate with experience and qualifications.
