Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into the 2026–2027 school year as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist supporting young learners in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to work onsite across two dynamic campuses, delivering essential speech and language services to approximately 30 elementary and Head Start students.

Your bilingual (Spanish/English) skills will be highly valued as you help bridge communication gaps and create inclusive learning opportunities for students and families.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Experience evaluating, developing IEP goals, and delivering therapies for elementary-aged students is ideal
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement effective therapy sessions and intervention strategies
• Write, monitor, and participate in IEP meetings and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators
• Engage with families to support student progress and access to services
• Adapt strategies to meet individual student needs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
