Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized People Business Partner to support a fast-paced People organization through a period of significant business transformation, organizational change, and annual talent cycles. This role combines HR business partnership capabilities with operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong process orientation, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for improving HR processes and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR projects, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Develop status reports, executive summaries, and communications related to annual HR cycles.
• Track action items, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Assist with data audits and ensure accuracy during key HR cycles.
• Provide substantial execution support for annual People processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation planning, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
• Manage logistics, timelines, communications, reporting, and issue resolution throughout cycle execution.
• Develop process documentation, playbooks, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the People function.
• Develop clear and concise communications for leaders, employees, and HR teams.
• Prepare presentation materials, executive summaries, and briefing documents.
