Human Resources Assistant (Front Desk Operations)

: Position Summary: Human Resources strives to promote a positive environment to attract, develop and retain talented individuals. Our team facilitates the keen understanding of customer needs. The HR Assistant performs a wide array of administrative support functions as part of the HR team. Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree in Business or related field desired.

Experience/Skills

• One (1) year experience working in a fast-paced front office environment required.
• One (1) year experience working in Healthcare Human Resources preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.
• Exemplary core customer service skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receives and triages phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Greets all customers using excellent customer service skills.
• Responsible for opening, reviewing, and distributing departmental mail.
• Completes all filing on a regular basis to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
• Responsible for ID/Facility badge system.
• Schedules appointments and keeps Director's calendar up to date.
• Provides exemplary customer service to all CMC staff, patients, and visitors.
• Works effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and department heads.
• Consistently displays effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Regularly exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Remains calm and professional in all situations.
• Other duties as assigned.
