Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Strategy

Owning the go-to-market strategy for Property Care and Pest products, the full-time Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Strategy will drive demand generation, manage inbound pipeline efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and evolve the go-to-market strategy, aligning product positioning and launch plans across teams Manage the end-to-end demand generation strategy, including pipeline planning and budget management against revenue targets Lead inbound pipeline generation initiatives, setting targets and building campaigns to drive qualified leads Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably in B2B SaaS Proven track record of building and scaling inbound pipeline programs and achieving revenue targets Experience in leading go-to-market strategies and product launches in collaboration with Sales and Product teams Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive execution across various teams without direct authority Proficiency in funnel metrics and attribution, with the ability to defend pipeline plans using data
