Warehouse Team Member (Part-time)Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is the not-for-profit organization that manages the spectacular Dickies Arena, a 14,000-seat multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. Owned by the City of Fort Worth, the state-of-the-art arena opened in November 2019 and hosts a variety of events, including concerts, sporting events, family entertainment, and Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.Job Summary:Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Warehouse Team Member. This position is responsible for executing a wide variety of warehouse activities, including but not limited to receiving, storing, inventory management, and distribution of paper goods, fresh and frozen foods, as well as prepackaged and/or finished items.Essential Job Functions:Receive inventory from vendors and stock products in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehousePull products and distribute them to various departments and areas in a timely mannerEnsures all products are properly stored, rotated, and dated in accordance with state and arena policiesMonitors inventory for quality and accuracyMaintain quality service by following organization standardsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentPractice proper and safe use of all warehouse equipment in and around the facilityDeliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to internal and external guestsPerform other duties as assignedBe comfortable and familiar with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guestsAssist and support any other Food and Beverage departments as neededFollow and enforce policies associated with the safe service of all alcoholic beveragesWork with counterparts to ensure the event standards of service are reachedPerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.2+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred. Ideal candidates will have worked in a warehouse environment previously, handled receiving and/or distribution, along with inventory management.Previous experience in high-volume, complex food service operations; sports and/ or entertainment venue preferredAbility to operate motorized vehicles and warehouse equipment strongly preferredMust be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more, as business dictates, and perform diverse physical tasksEnglish reading, writing, comprehension, and basic math skills are requiredAbility to talk and hear to conduct phone and radio correspondenceAbility to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Working Conditions:Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Working conditions/demands of the jobEmployees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.Employees will be exposed to and work in extreme temperatures when utilizing various pieces of equipment.Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.Other Duties:This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
