Dealership: L0786 Hill Country Honda Hill Country Honda NOW HIRING AUTOMOTIVE EXPRESS LUBE ADVISORS! Schedule: Must have open availability, including Saturdays You will report to the Service Manager. This is an onsite position in San Antonio, TX. Helping satisfied customers drive away with a smile on their face is what we do - join a team focused on earning customers for life! Responsibilities As a Service Advisor, you will initiate automotive services and repairs. You will make sure vehicle performance problems and service requests, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, and writing repair orders. Additionally, you will maintain customer records. Be the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and ensure the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs. Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles. Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. Qualifications Previous Service Advisor experience. 3+ years experience as an automotive technician. A team player who is focused on providing customer service. Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location.
