This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and manage your caseload from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs and concerns of patients, and develop tailored treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and trauma.

• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records systems efficiently.
\n
• Actively engage in case management, including triaging patient needs, facilitating referrals to other providers or specialists, and maintaining ongoing communication with patients and their families.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss treatment strategies and recommendations, providing insight based on your expertise in mental health care.
\n
• Remain current with best practices in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients.

• Complete additional administrative and operational duties as requested by supervisory staff, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges. This includes individuals grappling with severe mental illnesses or those needing support for situational stressors, such as relationship issues or life transitions. We prioritize personalized care approaches to ensure every patient's unique needs are met.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice in the state where you reside as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong proficiency in electronic communication and familiarity with technology-driven care, including teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

• A thorough understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is highly desired.
\n
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse and sizable caseload while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more active state licenses is a strong advantage, expanding your ability to serve a broader patient demographic.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or with Electronic Medical Records.

• A proven record of delivering quality care and achieving positive client outcomes in previous mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
