As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol Coordinator in Lithia Springs, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will work as part of a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first, values integrity, and brings innovation to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries, assisting with credential checks, visitor logs, and vehicle activity in line with site policies.
• Observe trailer yards, shipping and receiving areas, and high-traffic operational zones for irregular conditions, reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contact.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
