Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 12 months contract
Duties:
- Deliver all guest and employees a unique and warm experience upon entering Dropbox.
- Ensure all customer inquiries, issues or concerns are accommodated and resolved.
- Ensure guests are properly signed into the Visitor Management System and supply a visitor badge as needed Notify hosts of visitors, candidates and clients that have arrived.
- Accommodate special requests as they arise.
- Maintain punctuality and professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain an active presence on Company communication platforms (i.e Slack, email and gchat).
- Update team documents as needed.
- Sign for and receive various deliveries and notify/distribute to employees.
- Work closely with the Physical Security Team to ensure the front desk/lobby is secure at all times.
- Complete various projects/tasks as needed and assigned.
- Ability to support Front Desk/Event Support overtime hours as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Google Executive Suite (gMail, gCal, gChat) and adaptability to new technologies
- Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions
- Have amazing writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to operate standard office equipment (computers, copiers, scanners, printers)
