What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble industrial products using hand and power tools
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Learn and adapt to new processes and manufacturing techniques

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to read a ruler and tape measure
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus

Schedule Options

1st Shift

• 4 x 10-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday)
  OR
• 4 x 9-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday) plus 4 hours on Friday

2nd Shift 

• 3pm-11pm, Monday – Friday

Available Start Times:

• 4:30 AM
• 5:00 AM
• 5:30 AM
• 6:00 AM
• 6:30 AM

Pay

• $20/hour for 1st shift
• $22/hour for 2nd shift
