About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in driving the firm's strategy, efficiency, and profitability. The successful candidate will serve as the chief financial strategist, overseeing all financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This role also involves leading HR functions, collaborating with IT on technology infrastructure, and managing facilities and risk. The COO will be a key figure in the firm's leadership, responsible for both tactical and strategic decision-making, and will be expected to build strong relationships to support the organization's long-term goals. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in operational leadership within a law firm or professional services organization.
