Staff Accountant

Location: Ashland, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 A growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Staff Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and global operations. What You'll Do Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support the month-end close process Maintain fixed asset and CIP schedules, including depreciation Support domestic and international accounting activities Prepare intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting schedules Assist with variance analysis, audit support, and GAAP compliance Partner cross-functionally to improve financial reporting and accounting processes What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3–5 years of accounting experience Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed assets Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Advanced Excel skills ERP experience (JD Edwards a plus) Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required CPA or CPA-track candidates are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
