This role is a 1 yr contract assignment with a pay rate range $30-33hr About the Role We are seeking a Campaign Delivery Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise communications initiatives. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring projects are effectively managed from intake through execution while maintaining timelines, priorities, and quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and has experience coordinating complex communications or marketing-related projects. Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and Workfront expertise are essential for success in this role. What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans to ensure successful delivery of communications initiatives Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and resource capacity across multiple concurrent projects Partner closely with business stakeholders and intent owners to gather requirements and facilitate project execution Lead project reviews, status updates, timeline adjustments, and risk mitigation efforts throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule Monitor project health and proactively identify, elevate, and resolve roadblocks Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams to drive alignment and execution Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the lifecycle Utilize Workfront to manage workflows, project tracking, reporting, and status visibility Leverage Slack and other collaboration tools to support daily communication and project coordination Qualifications 3+ years of project management, campaign delivery, marketing operations, or related experience Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication skills Experience partnering with senior-level business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects to completion Advanced proficiency with Workfront (required) Experience using Slack and other collaboration tools Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
