Requirements:

• MUST fluently speak and write Spanish
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST have a valid driver’s license

Duties:

• Communicate with Clients
• Communicate with Court Staff
• Communicate with State Agencies and Law Enforcement Agencies
• Maintain calendar and docket for 1 attorney
• Draft, edit, and file motions, subpoenas, and other Court documents
• File, scan, copy, and maintain documents
• Answer phone calls
• Partake in Client intake meetings
• Occasional personal errands for 1 attorney
• Clerical and Administrative support for 1 attorney
• Marketing/lead generation of new clients
• Additional duties will be added as necessary

Preferred Experience:

• Criminal Justice background
• Marketing/Sales
• Criminal Law experience
• General Office experience

Qualifications/Skills:

• STRONG organizational skills
• Punctual
• Professional demeanor/attire
• Proficient with MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Spanish)
• Minimum HS Diploma;
