Requirements Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position, we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business. Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment. Responsibilities Present new and pre-owned vehicles to potential clients. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients. Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards. Maintain rapport with new and existing customers. Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction. Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
