Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical evidence and best practices.
• Administer various therapeutic techniques and modalities, both in aquatic and land settings, to facilitate recovery and improve functionality.
• Monitor patients' progress by regularly assessing their response to treatments and making necessary adjustments to their care plans.
• Educate patients about their conditions and teach them strategies to manage pain and improve mobility, fostering a proactive approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical interventions, athletes with sports-related injuries, and patients suffering from chronic pain or lower level neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits
