Millwright / Industrial Mechanic We’re hiring Millwrights to support installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This role is a great fit for candidates with millwright, mechanical, welding, or industrial maintenance experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment. Job Responsibilities Install and repair industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes. Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. Read and follow blueprints and specifications. Use welding and fabrication tools as needed. Operate equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and hoists. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Work with a team to complete projects efficiently. Required Experience 1+ year of millwright, mechanical, or industrial experience. Experience with equipment installation or maintenance. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in industrial environments. Valid driver’s license. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
