Liderar el desarrollo y la gestión de contratos de servicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales, operacionales y financieros establecidos con los clientes. Es responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, asegurar la rentabilidad de los contratos y fortalecer relaciones de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible de los servicios de Sandvik. Liderar la gestión integral de contratos de servicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores operacionales, financieros y de seguridad. Estructurar, evaluar y validar propuestas técnico-comerciales, realizando seguimiento a oportunidades de negocio y desarrollo de contratos. Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto anual del área de contratos, gestionando costos y rentabilidad para cumplir los objetivos de margen definidos por la compañía. Mantener relaciones cercanas con clientes, identificando necesidades, riesgos y oportunidades para ampliar la oferta de equipos, repuestos, consumibles y servicios. Desarrollar propuestas de valor orientadas a maximizar productividad, costos de operación, seguridad y desempeño de los activos del cliente. Liderar equipos de Administradores de Contrato, promoviendo el desarrollo del talento, la excelencia operacional y una cultura basada en seguridad y colaboración. Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares EHS, promoviendo una operación segura y enfocada en la mejora continua. Título profesional de Ingeniería Civil o Ejecución en Minas, Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afín. Experiencia mínima 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares o 8 años de experiencia total en el rubro minero y/o servicios asociados. Experiencia comprobada en administración de contratos, gestión comercial y liderazgo de equipos. Conocimiento de equipos mineros, servicios de mantenimiento y gestión operacional. Manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office y sistemas de gestión empresariales. Conocimientos financieros orientados al control de costos, presupuestos y rentabilidad. Manejo de herramientas MS Office. Disponibilidad frecuente para viajar dentro y fuera de Chile. Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de turno 5x2. Licencia de conducción clase B, mínimo antigüedad 3 años (excluyente).
