Senior Operations Manager

To enhance client satisfaction and account profitability, the fully remote Senior Operations Manager will oversee operational performance standards for assigned accounts, manage client relationships, and lead continuous improvement efforts across multiple sites. Key responsibilities: Function as the main contact for assigned locations, liaising with the Director of Operations Review operating statistics to ensure service quality and timeliness meet client and organizational goals Identify and resolve potential problem areas, collaborating with employees to enhance program performance Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments, including 4 years in management Proficiency in technology and software applications relevant to operational management Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to lead multiple sites Exceptional coaching and leadership skills to develop and motivate employees
