About This Role: Strategic Marketing & Growth Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and service line growth. Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and align marketing with organizational priorities. Use market data, patient trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance. Paid Media Strategy Lead paid media planning and execution across channels including search, display, audio, and out-of-home (excluding paid social). Manage budgets, vendors, and campaign performance to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment. Outbound Marketing & Patient Engagement Oversee CRM-driven outreach (text, email, etc.) to support patient access and utilization. Develop targeted messaging and campaigns to improve engagement, response rates, and conversions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner across departments to ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and patient experience goals. Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and strong communication. Supervisory Responsibilities: Marketing Coordinator and Specialists Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Five or more years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, brand management, or growth marketing roles.
