Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager $120,000 -$130,000.
Implement and update the project-specific Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.
Execute the Three-Phase Inspection process (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up) for every definable feature of work.
Review, process, and track project submittals and material compliance.
Issue daily QC reports, maintain testing logs, and log daily "as-built" drawings.
Stop non-conforming work and direct subcontractors to fix or replace defective materials.
Lead pre-construction, weekly QC, and punch-list coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders
