Accounting Specialist

Join Our Team as an Accounting Specialist!
Are you someone who loves working with numbers and paying close attention to details? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive environment and help keep our finances organized. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience under your belt, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with invoice processing and vendor communications
- Help with reconciliations and month-end tasks
- Keep our financial records accurate and up-to-date
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or similar clerical work
- Great organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with vendor management or reconciliation
- Knowledge of month-end closing procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college in finance or accounting is a plus)
- Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable is helpful
Additional Info:
- Friendly customer service skills for interacting with vendors
- Work hours: Monday Friday, 8AM-5PM
