This position involves delivering high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) within a specialized CVICU environment. The role includes implementing individualized care plans, administering physician and nursing orders, and leading discharge planning efforts to ensure safe patient transitions and optimal recovery outcomes. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid RN license, Driver's License/State ID, minimum of 0 years of experience, and current professional profile required. Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week. Unit Description: 28-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit with a focus on high-risk cardiac surgery and advanced heart failure cases, including open heart recovery, heart transplants, LVAD implants, ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT, Swan Ganz Catheters, and CCO monitoring. Responsibilities include performing evidence-based interventions, evaluating patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans, administering orders promptly, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Cardiac Advanced Device Therapy Management, including IABP, Impella, and Swan-Ganz management.
