We are looking for a Full-Time Auditor to join our team! Our client base is extremely stable for this long-term opportunity. You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing and auditing financial records for our clients. We are located in newly renovated offices in Willow Grove, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, preparation and conducting of annual audits for clients
- Retrieve source information from client files and prepare those records for our auditing procedures
- Assist in the review, verification and analysis of client accounting financial records
- Preparation of compilation, review and audited financial statements
- Review compliance with policies applicable to industry laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance and proper execution of accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Review audit adjustments, audit reports and management letters for presentation to clients
- Provide consulting services to clients as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Currently active Certified Public Accountant required
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- It is more important to have a sound working knowledge of accounting, journal entries, account analysis, and yearend accruals and cutoffs than actual auditing experience
- Demonstrates financial and accounting principles knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and Word
- Ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques and critical thinking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
