Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ needs accurately, formulating clinical diagnoses based on established criteria.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster improvement in mental health.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute crises, ensuring stabilization and immediate support when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, documenting assessment outcomes, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Engage in collaborative practices with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and addressing all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and local resources, while advocating for their rights within the mental health system.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is necessary; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
