Executive Chef

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Executive Chef position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple venues and the food production staff. You will create new recipes and ensure the quality of food items, build menus, order food and non‑food items, and manage schedules to meet budgeted guidelines. You will enforce all policies and food safety regulations, coordinate recruitment and retention efforts, and conduct regular production meetings to drive employee engagement.
