Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and creating positive, trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess and discuss their progress, stability, and treatment plans, preparing for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, adjusting as necessary based on their progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.

• Perform intake assessments with potential clients to evaluate their needs and determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and other healthcare providers, exchanging insights on client progress and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of diverse individuals, including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological issues, focusing on creating a personalized and effective treatment experience. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for documentation and client management (experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY preferred).

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to a diverse range of individuals and families.

• Comfortable and skilled in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment strategies.
