This role is conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Our outpatient office is designed to provide comprehensive care through collaboration and a robust support system. As a team committed to mental health, we leverage technology and evidence-based methodologies to deliver therapy while ensuring easy access for our clients. With a schedule from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some flexibility required based on patient needs, ensuring that client-centered care is always prioritized.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' challenges, strengths, and goals, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a wide range of treatment techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and supportive counseling to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, sharing insights and therapeutic approaches to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Document all client interactions with precision, maintaining up-to-date and HIPAA-compliant records of therapy sessions and treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, the LMFT will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clinical practice is grounded in understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds, ensuring that our approach is culturally competent and sensitive to the unique experiences of each individual. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with consideration for experience and qualifications.
