The Role

As our Office Manager, you’ll wear two hats. One hat is the Operational Expert , ensuring our front office runs like a well-oiled machine. The other is the Financial Specialist , where your accounting background will shine as you manage the literal "flow" of our business.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the Money: Own the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. You’ll be the point person for invoicing, collections, and ensuring our vendors are paid on time.

• Keep Us Balanced: Assist with basic bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly financial reports.

• The Go-To Person: Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative needs to keep the team productive.

• Communication Hub: Handle incoming calls and correspondence with a professional, "can-do" attitude.

• Process Improvement: We’re always looking to grow—help us find smarter, digital-first ways to manage our files and finances.

Who You Are

• A Numbers Person: You have a solid background in accounting or finance. You understand the difference between a debit and a credit without having to Google it.

• Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small things—like a missing decimal point or an unpaid invoice—before they become big things.

• Tech-Forward: You’re proficient in accounting software (like QuickBooks or Sage) and could probably run Excel in your sleep.

• Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a "to-do" list; you see a need and fill it.
