This is for a technician who can own the problem, find the answer, and fix it right the first time. What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues Perform advanced troubleshooting using modern scan tools and equipment Execute high-level repairs across a wide range of makes and models Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate documentation and inspection notes Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional shop environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands‑on automotive experience Ability to work independently without constant oversight High level of accountability and pride in workmanship Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills ASE certifications are a plus (not required) Benefits Up to $45/hr based on experience and production Performance‑based bonuses and earning potential Updated equipment and diagnostic tools Paid training and continued education Health benefits, retirement options, PTO, and holidays Steady workflow — no shortage of hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
