Responsibilities
- Diagnose different types of cancer using a range of diagnostic methods
- Design individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and up-to-date research
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
- Engage in research initiatives and clinical trials to advance the field of oncology
- Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventative measures
- Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in the field of oncology
- Proficient in the use of medical technologies related to cancer diagnosis
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to lead and manage a medical team
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
- Valid state medical license
