Job Title: Accounts Payable Rep - Accounts Payable
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Onalaska, WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 17 weeks (4 months)
Work Hours: 8 hours days (8am -430pm)
Total Weekly Hours: 32-40 (must be flexible based upon work load)
Accounts Payable Specialist
*GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.*

Weekend/Holiday : N/A
Minimum Experience :
- 2-3+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable background with general office/clerical knowledge.
- Clerical/office experience in a professional setting.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Reliable.
Skillset :
- Microsoft Proficient.
- Train the trainer resulting in providing training and assistance to employees.
- Automated AP department with AP Specialists onsite & remote.
- This person will need to posses the skill set to train / offer assistance to employees migrating to new software for expense reimbursement and new to Pcard program along with other AP duties to fill the work hour gaps.
Education : Associates Degree in Accounting/Financing required
